Debora Weston is an internationally known workshop leader, performance coach and actress who has been working with a wide range of industries for the past 16 years. Clients include MD’s, CEO’s and top-level corporate leaders in North America, Europe, Asia and India. The Financial services sector, the Energy sector and Law firms have been a special focus. Other clients including politicians, sports personalities, advertising executives, doctors and members of the science community.
Debora has a degree in Psychology and Theatre Studies from Yale University, USA and an advanced degree from a three year program at Central School of Speech and Drama, UK. She is a qualified voice –work practitioner, breath-work practitioner and TAI coach.
Debora has designed both large and small workshops that have been delivered globally. A sample of these courses include: Leadership Impact, Presentation Skills, Personal Brand, Presence and Impact, Building Gravitas, Leading High Performing Teams, Storytelling, Facilitating, Persuading and Influencing and Communicating Effectively.
As an Executive Coach for the past 16 years Debora has work with senior clients who wish to demonstrate significant shifts in their communication behaviour to support and improve business performance.
She has supported executives at the highest level who have needed to communicate global change throughout multinational businesses.
Debora uses her theatre, voice and psychology background to develop creative programs in which the client can explore their communication style and build leadership confidence. Theatre and voice exercises, video playback and role-play allow the client to rehearse as they experience below-the-neck learning and reinforce new behaviour patterns. Programs are all client-needs based and so tailor-made.

Off West End, Debora has performed at the Almedia Theatre, the Royal Court Theatre, the Tricycle Theatre, The Bush Theatre, Soho Theatre and Hampstead Theatre. Debora has performed off Broadway in SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL I AM. Debora has been seen in many television programs and films, most recently DALZELL AND PASCOE, THE MAKING OF THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE and WALLIS AND EDWARD. Films include POSSESSION, PATRIOT GAMES, NIGHTBREED, THUNDERBIRDS, THE HEADHUNTER, BLESSED, THE CONJURING 2 and CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY. Debora is a regular voice to be heard on BBC Radio Drama and the World Service.
