How we work

Theatre practices as a tool for behaviour change

All of our teaching , facilitating and coaching include practices and exercises that, had you chosen to go to drama school or get a degree in playwriting or had a career in the arts , you would use to build your skill sets. This includes practices to help you get present, listen deeply,  build relationships with your audience, use your voice to it’s best advantage, be able to relax under pressure, structure  your material to take your listener on a journey, reframe difficult conversations and lead from your personal values. The work is interactive, dynamic and memorable leading to genuine behavioural change.

Rehearsal techniques, video play-back, voice work, deep reflection all lead to a visceral workshop experience that is about getting the learning “in your bones”.

Partnering with clients, we tailor our workshops to fit our clients needs.
